Reservation Conditions

Reservations are confirmed by confirmation email. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are evaluated based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are final and non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed, no cancellations, changes or refunds are possible.

Accommodation Rules

Smoking is not allowed in our mansion. Pets are accepted with prior notification. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the historic building and other guests.

Pet Policy

Guests staying with a pet accept and declare that their pet has a valid vaccination record, is registered with a microchip, and does not exhibit aggressive behavior.

If these conditions are not met or the hotel determines that the pet is unsuitable for accommodation, the hotel reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the pet and not refund any accommodation fees paid.

Liability

Our mansion is not responsible for guests' personal belongings. We recommend storing your valuables in the room safe.
